Our Get Started program is a complimentary health routine designed to complement your stay. This daily program is tailored to suit everyone, energizing your day and promoting well-being. Additionally, we offer weekly social and educational activities focused on health to inspire and enrich your healthy lifestyle
Who is it for?
Perfect for anyone seeking healthy alternatives during their holiday, whether you're accompanying someone or looking to improve your own health. You can join one or all of the activities, and with sessions wrapping up by midday, you'll have plenty of time to explore the island or relax by the pool. Minimum stay: 1 week
